EEE server use policy

These policies concern the usage of the Malayang Bukas server. This is not a separate usage policy, we still use the AUP. We would just like to remind you of the following:

• We are enforcing very stringent accounting policies, so we can keep track every step you make, and who you are.
• Do not use the freedom that we gave you to abuse other users. We will stop the service if it compromises other systems.
• This freedom is being able to log into the Diliman Network from outside of UP. We strongly prohibit the use of bots, tunnels, and other workaround to the filtering system of the university.
